The interview process was thorough. It began with a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a take-home exercise/challenge. After that were back-to-back interviews with three team members, followed by a final interview with the hiring manager. The recruiting coordinator was friendly, prompt, and helpful during the process, which spanned 4 weeks. I appreciated that the interviews felt more like conversations and less formal. The questions did become a little repetitive.
