      Interview

My interview process was a bit unconventional because my initial meeting with a recruiter was for a different position and I was sent the Right Hand Person position a few weeks later. However, I will outline what you can potentially expect and my advice in hindsight. Interview process: 1. Initial meeting with Recruiter- This is a short 30 minute video call. You should come prepared to talk about your resume/past experience, why you would like to join FullStory and what you know about FullStory (I suggest you do your research and check out the company blog, read up on their watchwords- Empathy, Clarity, Bionics). The best advice I can provide is to take some time to really understand why the company is a good fit for you and then take a few deep breaths and just be yourself. From my experience, the recruiters at FullStory truly embody the empathy and clarity that is at the heart of the company. 2. Interview with an amazing individual currently in the right-hand person role. Once again, be yourself and be prepared to talk about your past professional experiences as they relate to the role. I recommend taking time to think about specific projects you have worked on in the past 3. Take Home Assignment- The take home assignment was timed (1 hour) and had roughly 80 questions with the first few being open responses. Please make sure you know the primary G-suite tools VERY well because the questions are very specific. You should be able to label most if not all the icons across G-Cal, Gmail and sheets. You should also get well acquainted with the settings and what they do. With the right experience and prep, it shouldn't be too difficult. Personally, I found it difficult because I did not prep accordingly. 4. Virtual Onsite Interviews w/ 3 leaders across different teams and a wrap up meeting w/ a recruiter. These were divided between two different days. Everyone was kind, intelligent, curious and passionate about the company. Once again, breath and be yourself after doing whatever works best for you as interview prep. Also, make sure you prepare good questions and keep into account that you will be meeting with a lot of people throughout this process so I would advise creating a list of over 10 questions you have. Overall, everyone was really awesome and down to earth. Unfortunately, I was not offered the position due to lack of executive assistant experience and a few missed opportunities with interview questions. I also could have been much more clear and polished with some of my answers. Fortunately, I was offered a different position within the company that I did accept and I am very excited to be joining the company. I wish you all the best throughout your application processes! :)

      Question 1

Why FullStory? How do you organize yourself? How do you operate when you are stressed and what do other people see? Can you tell me about a time you had to encourage someone to do something they did not want to do?

      Interview

The interview process moved very quickly! It was four stages: Phone screening, interview with current Right Hand Person, assessment (pretty tough), and two interviews with the execs I would be supporting. Everyone was so friendly and transparent throughout the entire process.
