Applied online. Within a few days came a request for a phone interview which took about 30 mins and concluded with an invite to complete a written assignment. Within a few days of submitting said assignment, received a request for virtual on-site interview with multiple people in the company. Offer came a few days later.
Total process took just under 3 weeks from Initial Phone Interview to Offer.
Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and down to earth. I felt comfortable connecting with each person and asking questions both broad and very specific.
