The process was good with the recruiter, then met with the hiring manager and had what I thought was a good conversation. Was then told that somebody else with better qualifications applied and that was the end of it. A bit disappointing as I had thoroughly researched the company and shown a lot of enthusiasm for the position, and well exceeded the qualifications. I’m glad it didn’t work out, I want to work at a company that deals with more transparency than this.
