Hiring screen, interview with manager, challenge, panel interview. The questions weren't too difficult and the interviewers were friendly. Recruiter/HR was responsive throughout the whole thing. But I felt like the challenge was disrespectful to my time. A good chunk of it had nothing to do with the the specifics of the job's outlined duties. You do need these homework assignments to determine if somebody has the experience to complete the working you are asking. You have an entire panel interview process to dive deeper. Learn how to interview properly. Asking working professionals you are trying to headhunt to spend four hours to complete what is basically free work for you is ridiculous.
