The interview process was straightforward and professional. I was asked about my background, availability, and understanding of the Controller role. The panel was calm, respectful, and explained the job expectations clearly. Overall, it was a smooth and welcoming experience.

If you are two officers on a site and your partner has an emergency, how would you cover for him without leaving your post?

Interview
Telphonic and thereafter 2 level F2F. First level was at the Recruiter level. Post that the HR round which lasted almots 45-50 minutes. Next was the Controlling Officer who took the interview for another hour or so.
