I applied for a work from home position with GE Capital working with the credit card servicing department. Before you qualify for the interview, you answer questions and go through a review process. If you pass, you are sent a link to a "test". It's a timed test (1 hour), I was a little worried having small children around at that particular moment, so I put a cartoon on for them and started it. It took me all of 15 minutes and I got 100 percent. They basically had a fake database with a client list and info on their account history and would ask judgments call questions about if you should raise their credit lines or not (they gave the specifics on when to do so in the beginning). It was quite easy. The phone interview afterwards was easy as well, but I declined to go any further because they didn't offer any benefits.
