I got a call asking for an interview after talking to recruiters at my college's career fair. I had a phone interview later that day - around 45 minutes long, all behavioral based on my past experiences. I heard back a few days later and was given two weeks to respond to the offer.

What was the most surprising criticism you've received, and how did you respond to it?
Got a call to schedule interview, friendly interviewers, asked about experience regarding the job description and knowledge about the company. I had 3 interviewers and 1 previous intern in my call.
It was very chill and the questions are all behavioural and situational, the interviewer was very welcoming and friendly, they get back to me pretty fast within 2-3 days scheduling another interview
