I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Durham, NC) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was referred by a previous employer at GE and was contacted by HR. I sent in my CV and cover letter, and was scheduled for phone interview a few days later. The phone interview was quite relaxing, with questions mostly about my previous experience, skills, personalities etc.. I got accepted into the internship program.
Got a call to schedule interview, friendly interviewers, asked about experience regarding the job description and knowledge about the company. I had 3 interviewers and 1 previous intern in my call.
It was very chill and the questions are all behavioural and situational, the interviewer was very welcoming and friendly, they get back to me pretty fast within 2-3 days scheduling another interview
I talked to a GE Healthcare representative at a school's career fair. Got an interview scheduled 2-3 days later. I was interviewed by two people, Senior Engineer and another intern who did it previously.
