First round on campus interview. A few phone interviews 20-30 min each with different HR hiring managers across different businesses. On site interview with about 3 or 4 back to back panel interviews with manufacturing managers. Questions are typical behavior based. Employer paid for flight, hotel, rental car and meals for on-site interview.

1st round GD in topic "How can Toyota's Lean Management be integrated into the Indian Industries"
2nd round personal interview with functional and HR personnel. questions on basic supply chain concepts
Firstly, received a call from Human Resources asking about why I was interested in this position as initial screening. After that, was invited for a phone interview which took about 30 minutes which was followed with two more face to face interviews with hr and the regional director.

Pretty standard interview process. First is a phone interview, followed by an in person interview. The in person interview took all day and had 3 interviews about 45 minutes each with 2 people in the room. Just answer the same for each interview.
