It was a phone interview which could have easily been done in person given the location of GE but was not a particularly huge issue. The interviewer was very friendly and asked mostly behavioral questions. One should have a very good knowledge of what a solutions architect does before interviewing and should be prepared to discuss their past roles in information technology jobs.
