Interview
one week prior to the one day assessment center I got invited. The day was structured in the way, that we had a self presentation of maximum 8 minutes followed by a 30 minutes group task. During the afternoon every applicant had three interviews with two or even three recruiters.

- describe the bottleneck problem in a production process and how could you solve/an it
- put the keay words quality, cost, EHS and fullfilment in the correct order from GE perspective
- several questions about personal success and events on personal events where I was not satisfied with my performance
- Imagine you are a teamleader: how would you motivate people
