Interview
They will tell you whatever you want to hear and give you a 5000 bonus that is $3200 and taxed to you at 5000. They do not explain the role well. They look for fresh people out of college that don't know any better.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Aug 2019
Interview
Overall, I went through 5 steps, including the meeting with the staffing agent. HR interview over the phone, online personality assessment, management interview over the phone, and a final in-person interview with senior management. GLG is very transparent about the entire process, offering an interview guide via PDF with all of their correspondence emails. Definitely read through the whole thing, as it gives you clues on what they're looking for. They required a good understanding of the role and the company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Jul 2018
Interview
First interview was a phone interview. The questions were mostly about their business model and my skill set and experiences, however the interviewer seemed very uninterested and the conversation was awkward and stilted. As the interview progressed it became clear that the position was not a good fit for me and that the recruiter was not interested as well.
