Had a couple of 30 minute phone interviews and then an in person interview with the hiring manager. Was told "We will be in touch". Corporate Recruiter nor the hiring manager followed up. This seems to be the new normal but I believe companies should show the courtesy of following up with those they interview in person. Could explain some of the low ratings on this site.
