Interview
Showed up after submitting an online application the very next day. Sat down with the manager for a one on one interview. After a series of personal and scenario questions, I was hired on the spot and started working the next day.

Question 1
What makes you a good fit to work here? How would you sell a particular product? Who would you sell this product to and why? Basic knowledge.
Interview process is very detailed. Questions mostly related to actual job title. Definitely important to also ask questions back. There are other tasks and requirements that Sales Manager will need to fulfill that may not be discussed during interview if you don’t ask.

Interview
I was already working at a store and was offered a chance to be a co-sales manager after 2 years on the job. I accepted the interview and was given a very informal vetting process by both my general manager.
