Straight forward asked you questions regarding past jobs and asks you general questions on supplements. They might pull out a supplement (usually protein) and ask you to sell it. They will tell you about the jib and ask you if it sounds right for you. It was a very easy interview. Then they will refer you to a rsd for an second interview which is more on your character than your selling capabilities.

Interview
I went to a GNC store. Upon arriving, only the store manager was there. She had to take customers so I waited until she was done. Then she asked me like five questions and told me I would hear back from someone the next day. I heard back the same day and started working the next day. She also mentioned how she had to fire her entire crew which was weird because I kind of got put off by it.
Had to make a lot of calls to score an interview, mainly because they were trying to see which store needed help most in the area, and they're pretty slack on getting back to you in general.
Interview was really laid-back, relaxed. They just like to see if you know anything about their products (specifically supplements) and how you are as a team worker and employee.
It's pretty much a hire on the spot if you interview, but not getting contacted back by them is a real issue, so watch out.
