Very standard process, you discuss your backround, experiences, and what would make you an ideal candidate to work in the supplement industry. In my opinion it was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had. They ask you many of the same basic questions as most retail employers, and they don't ask you a lot of product knowledge questions during the interview itself.
