Received a phone call after I submitted an application indicating my interest in a part-time position. Met for a interview in the back of the store. Simple review of my sales background and other interests. Expressed a desire to learn more about health products and supplements. Talked about product knowledge and requirements to accurately address customer concerns. Introduced to employee matrix and how sales associates are ranked in various product sales. Received a brief explanation of how a percentage of sales must be certain products and that they should try to be incorporated into every sale.

What are three of your strengths? Three weaknesses?
Easy interview since the person really needed someone to hold the cashier position. All I had to prove was that I could do math and if I was available during the week.
Lied to during interview about bonus, never received any compensation. Non existent don’t count on getting anything other than hourly
Hourly pay is very low, not worth the effort due to manager responsibilities
The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. If I might add, was very standard as well. Know a little about products and supplements, health and fitness, and you will be golden
