I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GNC (Tomball, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
There where 2 interviews. The 1st was with the store manager they asked pretty straight forward interview questions, why do you want to work here, describe yourself, ect. And if they like you they set the second one up with the senior sales manager and if they both like you then you get the job
Easy interview since the person really needed someone to hold the cashier position. All I had to prove was that I could do math and if I was available during the week.
Lied to during interview about bonus, never received any compensation. Non existent don’t count on getting anything other than hourly
Hourly pay is very low, not worth the effort due to manager responsibilities
The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. If I might add, was very standard as well. Know a little about products and supplements, health and fitness, and you will be golden
