Interview
1st interview was with the hiring manager, followed by 2nd interview with the same person which required a presentation on a given topic/project. 3rd Interview was with the higher management (GM/HR director) and filling up interview form.
Initial screening call with HR to cover CV and interest. First stage interview was a technical interview with questions, STAR example answers expected. Second stage interview was based on competencies and values, also expected in STAR format. Interviewers were friendly.

Tell us about a time where you had to make a difficult decision
Phone and initial manager interview. They highlighted that GSK prefers to hire internally so hard to enter into company. Don’t hire for many product managers.. not much turnover. Questions were general about personal experiences and a case scenario for how to handle a situation.
