Interview
Spoke to a recruiter who mentioned it was a hybrid (3/2) position with a 12-16 month long training program. Initial interview went great! It was the second interview with the local supervisor that made me not be interested anymore. She stated that she “liked to keep an eye on her employees” and would not consider this to be a WFH position until after almost 2 years of working there. Why even advertise the position like that then? Especially now when a lot of applicants are specifically looking for hybrid/remote positions.
