Phone call with the District Manager. I have management experience so it was a nice quick call and I was offered a job as a sales associate with key holder access and was promised they are looking for talent to promote from within.

It was very informal just asked about my work experience. My management experience and their shortage allowed me in quick.
The interview was easy and laidback. I was surprised that it took place in the food court. I can say it was definitely mainly behavioral based. A lot of questions seemed to be more hypothetical in nature.
