Interview
The interview process was split into three parts that all took place over a 1-2 hour period:
The first was a group discussion of the skills and attributes we thought were relevent for a sales associate to have.
Secondly, we were given a small budget and asked to pick out an outfit from clothes in the shop and explain why we had chosen each item.
Finally, we were interviewed by the manager and assistant manager.
The whole experience was relaxed, the manager did a good job of maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
