Interview
I applied online (they do not take in store applications) and was called about a month later. I had a group interview and the manager doing the interviews was very nice and gave everyone an opportunity to answer the questions thoroughly. If she wasn't sure of your answer or was intrigued, then she would ask you to explain your answer or go into further detail. They like hearing about legendary customer service that in turn creates brand loyalty.

You see a customer who you think is going to steal a red tshirt. What do you do?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
