Super duper easy, you just gotta be able to communicate and have open availability! I was in a 3-person interview with 2 other candidates. The hiring manager was an hour late, so we kind of hung out around the store until they showed up. Just asked about prior experience and why we want to work at Gap. Would you be comfortable selling the Gap Card to customers?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
