The hiring and interview process was ridiculously long, over a month with three separate interviews all encompassing the same questions. Towards the end I almost just accepted a different offer from another company because I was tired of waiting on them.
Very long interview process took overall a month, with interviews constantly being rescheduled. About 4 interviews you have to have all in total, with different levels of management and human resource.

Lots of chit chat with no real direction, entirely confused process.
Not enough background on problems, kind recruiters with no real hiring manager involvement in process.
Enjoyed the assignment idea and tbh e prospect of meeting the team in person.
Quite lengthy process but a very friendly team to communicate with. Very open conversation allowed for you to get a feel for whom you would be working for. Professional and informative.
