I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Gap (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
Had a phone screening interview followed by an interview in the office. Primarily behavioral and "fit" questions along with a few definitional questions regarding online marketing such as CPC and CPA meanings and how they fit with an overall strategy. Everything as expected and the interviewer was pleasant. Follow-ups between interviews did take some time, but there were likely many candidates for the position. About a 1.5 months-long process overall.

The interview process was not clear. I did not enjoy my interview experience. Interviewer could not answer questions regarding role and responsibilities. In the end, I was not offered a position.
What you would typically expect, online interviews with a couple of team members asking behavioural questions surronding motivations to work for the company. Simple and quick process very efficient and nice
It was moderate.Asked about memory allocation and OOPS concepts and storage in databases and also asked few questions regarding my project and asked me to explain about them .Thats it
