took about 2 months to get hired and trained. I had a long phone call with a manager that called almost 2 months after I applied I almost forgot I had applied there. The person who interviewed me was nice enough and just described the job duties and asked a few times if i would have a problem with anything. She offered me a job on the spot. I have heard some it took longer to get hired.

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
