They emailed me for an interview the week after I applied. Most of the questions asked were straight forward. Just go in with confidence! Speak up whenever you can.

What was the biggest challenge you faced?
Was there a rule/policy you did not agree with? How did you fix it?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
