I applied online. I interviewed at Gap in Apr 2023
Interview
It was a group interview on Zoom. The interviewer asked everyone to say a few sentences about their past experiences. She skipped over two of us and it felt like she was rushing us to get to the next part of the interview. After introducing ourselves, she asked everyone which positions we were interested in being considered for. Finally, she wrapped up the interview by asking if we had any questions. A couple of people asked their questions and when I tried to ask one she talked over me and didn't hear it, so my question never got answered.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
