Gartner Client Success Associate interview questions

The first interview was a phone call with the recruiter to get to know Gartner, learn more about the client success role and to share my motivation and expectations for the position.

The interview process at Gartner is quite extensive. In total there were four interviews. For me, the two first interviews were with two different recruiters. The first one just briefing me of the benefits and having a chat with me. The second one more in depth covering behavioral based questions. Then one interview with a client success associate in the position, and finally panel interview. Something to note is that the recruiters are really helpful if you are accepted for the first interview. They will brief you on what to look at. In general I think the process was extensive, and there was a need to prepare properly; however, it was comfortable.
