There was an initial phone screen email and a few months later they contacted me for an on site interview. On site interview was held at the NL facility with a department supervisor. The interview went into depth about my college projects and specifics relating to what they were looking for in a candidate. I was brought to lunch by an employee under the interviewing supervisor and then sent home.
