I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at General Mills (Golden Valley, MN) in Mar 2016

Interview

Phone interview first, then individual interviews across the team (6 total). Casual lunch with a future teammate. Flew in for the overall process. it was 5-6 hours, and can be very tiring at the end.
