I first had a phone interview, then I was invited a week later to a 2.5-hour interview with 4 people. The interview went pretty fast, and everyone was so nice, welcoming and easy to talk to. They asked a lot of questions like, "Tell me about a time when..." One tip they mentioned to me was to be prepared to answer using the STAR method.

Interview
First screening interview lasted about a half hour, and then the final round was virtual and lasted about 3.5 hours with different members of the team. Mostly conducted with behavioral questions.

I went through a multi-step interview process. After submitting my application online, I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The next round consisted of 3 one-on-one via Microsoft Teams: 15 min with the Talent Acquisitions Manager, 30 min with the HR Manager for the division, and 30 min with a Senior Marketing Manager for the division. In all interviews, I was asked situation and behavior-based questions. They want you to answer using the STAR method.
Overall, it was a good experience. Everyone was really nice and happy to answer all my questions along the way.

Standard behavioral questions. First phone interview with hiring manager and then invited in for more interviews. Before going to the in person interview, you have to take a personality test which was easy but took some time. Additionally, there is a reasoning test that was very hard, you only get 22 minutes to answer 20 questions.
