During the in person interview, most questions revolved around the behavioural motivation for applying to the company. In the assessment day, you had to complete a brief case (market entry with certain products in to x market) to a panel.
2x 30 mins interviews, one behavioural, one slightly more technical. The technical interview covered some basic business concepts and marketing strategies. Two interviews were with different people from the company.
