I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Rogers, AR) in Apr 2018
Interview
The process has taken nearly a month so far. First I found the job online and applied. About 2 weeks after I applied I was scheduled with a phone interview. It went very well so a week later they flew me to Arkansas to interview with the Home office. Once there I had 3 back to back interviews with 3 different people that where 30 minuets each. The interviews seemed to go very well so I’m hoping I receive a job offer soon. It’s been about 2 weeks since my cluster interviews so I’m not sure if I’m still in the running for the position or not. I have contacted the HR Manager once to inquire but so far have herd nothing back. They where very professional and laid back, they where very easy to talk with.
