Interview
Met/talked at a career fair, On campus interview, flown to MPS for final round interview. They treated me really well and personally. Breakfast and Lunch with hosts to casually answer questions about anything I wanted to know, position, or General Mills in general.
2 rounds of interviews with multiple people at each. Questions consisted of 4-6 behavioral based questions and follows the STAR method, with time to ask questions at the end. Quick process and both done in person.
