I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview process was very clear. It is a three-round interview process which for me, starting by talking to someone at a my college career fair. The first two rounds were held on my college campus. The final round was held at world headquarters because that was the office I was potentially being offered a position at. The first two interviews were 30 minutes and the final round interview was three, thirty minute interviews. The process was wonderful, and every interviewer was so nice. Overall, General Mills made the interview process as stress-free as possible.

1 of them was asking questions and 1 of them was taking notes. Felt pretty intense, they never got back to me and said I would hear back after a week. I then reached out and they responded immediately saying I did not get the job.
Applied online and then interviewed over a zoom call. Straightforward and easy. Two rounds. Some online personality questions as well. Overall a good experience. Different interview lets each round both current employees.
