I had a very positive interview experience with General Mills. It was well coordinated between the HR and hiring teams. The interview day ran very smoothly. Everyone was professional, kind and organized. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to have a coffee with a future "peer." It helped to gain insight on the culture of the company.

light hearted intro call (10 mins) next round 1 on 1 with manager and final round was a more technical case study. Need to understand accounting at a very high level.
