Before doing an in-person interview, had a quick 1:1 call with the hiring manager to understand my background more. After, I was selected for an on-location interview where there were 4 separate interviews, each 45 minutes long with people in various roles and levels in the company. Mostly all behavioral questions with a few technical thrown in. Overall, everyone was very real, kind, and honest.
