Interview
interviews are one on one, two interviews take place both ask general interview questions in STAR format. Some more general questions about resume and skills. Personally felt the interviewers were very friendly and accommodating, explaining what they are looking for and clear questions. After interview questions were answered a computer assessment took place. the first part of assessment was similar to wonderlic test 50 questions with 12 minutes to answer. they following assessments were hogan personality type assessment.
overall testing took about 45 minutes and two interviews for 15 minutes each. a few weeks later followed regular lift test, hearing test, vision test, physical examination, and drug test.

I interviewed in person on campus after the career fair. I then moved on to the 2nd round interviews at one of the near by general mills plants. On site, I interviewed with 3 different people and was asked behavior questions. I was given an offer the next day.
