I applied through LinkedIn and the whole process took about 2 weeks. I had a 30 minute phone interview where I was asked mostly background and situational questions, and what I was looking for in a job. I heard back in less than 24 hours for an in person interview but I first had to complete 3 different personality tests online. For the in person interview I had three 45 minute interviews with different trade planning leads, they mostly asked the same behavioral questions, and I received an offer less than a week later. Really smooth experience and everyone was very professional.
