The interview process went faster than expected with the phone screen on a Monday, a video call with the hiring manager the following day and the final interviews at the end of the next week. The phone screen was very short (~15 min), and the first video call with the hiring manager was about a half hour. The final round consisted of a ~30 minute online personality and deductive reasoning assessment, and 6 different video calls over two days totaling about 3 hours. These calls were a mix of interviews, peer chats, and a check in with the recruiter. Nearly all questions asked after the phone screen are behavioral STAR questions. Highly recommend spending lots of time beforehand coming up with example stories to have ready for these questions. Overall very transparent with the process and timeline!
