The interview Process was completely unprofessional. During my last round the interviewer joined the call 10 mins late and did not clarify nor apologize for being late. The last round for a Product owner role was taken by a person who has no knowledge of what a Product management is. The questions asked in the second / Final round of the interview had no relation with the Product owner role. Clearly the interviewer had no knowledge. Its been more than a month and I have not received a rejection email as well which takes only 10 secs to draft. I used to directly reach out to a third party HR again she is completely unprofessional and would never answer my calls or messages. This really shows a lot about this organisation and how they treat their candidates. HR of the third party used to behave as if she is the owner this company. Completely unprofessional and unethical for ghosting a candidate.
