very lengthy process There were different stages of the interview process 1. completion of job application at the unemployment office 2. the GM staff were at the office administering aptitude test as well as accepting resumes 3. 2:1 interviews as well as individual job scenario tasks completions 4. 1:1 interview with HR manager 5. once hired 1:1 training began

Interview

Interviewers did a visit to our department and conducted onsite interviews the next day. There were two interviewers and they were friendly and pleasant to talk to but the interview questions themselves were slightly difficult. The next stage would have been an onsite interview in Minneapolis. Overall, a positive experience.
