Be clear abouth yourself, it helps you to present yourself in 1-1 interview. Be clear about the Shift Timings you are looking for. IQ and Skill test is must be cleared so prepare accordingly. Eye contact is must with interviewer so be confident. Your areas of interest must be those in which you are stronger.

Just past work experience hr decision only. If you have 8 years of relevant experience but still they look for b.com graduates. They won't consider relevant experience if you are not from B.com background. They ask us to wait for next opportunity.
