The video screening was terrible. The interviewers were looking at their phones and computers half the time. Every time I asked a question it looked like the interviewers were smirking at me, or looked irritated. You could tell they didn't want to be there. They also withheld some critical information about the role that should have been disclosed (the potentially severe emotional strain that this content review role has). Overall terrible candidate experience.
