I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Genpact (Noida) in Mar 2020
Interview
The Interview process was very slow. No Professionalism by the recruiter. My interview process was started on 19 Mar and only one round of telephonic interview was happened and one client round, and after a month and half when I was consulted about the interview process she told me that your notice period is high. I meant, I have told everything in the beginning of the interview process then what was she were doing at that time. Absolutely rubbish. Recruiters only think about their benefits. I will never recommend to anybody to this company.
