Three rounds of technical interview. Starting with telephonic, once passed then, second round with Web ex, then once passed in house interview.Then HR called me for HR round. Salary discussed.
Quite streamlined and was kep well-informed throughout the interviewing process. 3 rounds: HR, Case and Final C-suite Interview. Basic questions such as why Genpact, why this industry etc. Case study was fairly standard for the job role.
