I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genpact in Dec 2020
Interview
One interviewer thinks I am fit for the role while the next person thinks I am not fit for the role. The person who considered that I am not fit for the role asked only 2 technical questions and mostly enquired about my package and how much am I expecting. I did not know technical rounds include package discussion and my present company’s buildings discussion. I was also told that I would have more rounds in future before the final decision but then I had to reach out to the HR only to find out that I am not fit for the role.
